Clevenard Open Project participates in the Third Commerce Dialogue: "Artificial Intelligence in Commerce" in Palma, Mallorca
The Director of Clevenard Open Project and Clevenard.com participated in the third Commerce Dialogue organized by the Ajuntament de Palma on "Artificial Intelligence in Commerce". The event, held on November 19 at the Espai 22 of PalmaActiva, gathered industry experts, public and private sector stakeholders, and interested attendees to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be integrated into the commercial sector to transform current practices.
A Space for Learning and Debate
The event began with a keynote speech by Oriol Cesena, director of the consulting firm Focalizza, who thoroughly explained the impact and possibilities AI offers as a strategic tool for businesses. This was followed by a roundtable discussion with Cesena and José Antonio Caldés, General Director of Business, Self-Employed, and Commerce at the Balearic Government, moderated by Toni Fuster, Director General of Commerce at the Ajuntament de Palma.
The dialogue explored practical cases, technological applications, and strategies that local businesses can implement to harness the potential of AI, improving both business management and customer experience.
