Gciniwe Fakudze is a highly accomplished executive and public sector leader with extensive experience spanning municipal governance, telecommunications, customer experience strategy, and institutional transformation.

Her career includes senior leadership roles such as:

• Lead Customer Experience, MTN Eswatini
• Chief Customer Officer, Eswatini Mobile

She holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (Scotland) and a Bachelor’s (Honours) in Town and Regional Planning from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
