About Ngalle Ngalle Daryl Perlse Ma-Mbeng

Ngalle Ngalle Daryl Perlse Ma-Mbeng is a Pharmaceutical Sciences professional, Quality Systems Specialist, and Product Development Leader currently serving as the Quality Systems & Product Development Lead at Divine Favour SARL in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

With a strong background in quality assurance, agro-processing, nutraceutical production, and regulatory compliance, she is dedicated to advancing food safety, product innovation, and sustainable production systems that improve health and well-being across communities.

In her current role, Daryl oversees batch quality verification and production monitoring for cassava, maize, and stevia-based products while supporting the development and enhancement of diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, and baby porridge products. She works closely with production teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), helping to improve product consistency, operational efficiency, and quality standards throughout the organization.

Prior to assuming her current leadership role, she served as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Divine Favour SARL, where she successfully promoted nutraceutical and food products, led public awareness campaigns on nutrition and wellness, strengthened brand visibility, and contributed significantly to customer engagement and business growth.

Daryl is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Buea, Cameroon, following the successful completion of a Diploma in Pharmacy Technology from Saint Louis University Institute (SLUI), Cameroon.

She has further enhanced her expertise through specialized certifications, including a Certificate in Quality Assurance of Medicinal Products sponsored by USAID and advanced training in Supply Chain Digitalization and Traceability through UNICEF and AGORA.

Fluent in both English and French, Daryl combines scientific knowledge with practical industry experience, enabling her to contribute effectively to product innovation, quality management systems, operational excellence, and sustainable business development. Her professional mission is to support the creation of safe, high-quality, and accessible products while promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmaceutical, food, and nutraceutical sectors.
