NGALLE NGALLE MEGANE SHANTIA NJOLLE serves as Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Divine Favour SARL, Yaoundé, Cameroon, where she oversees business operations, strategic planning, logistics, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development. Her leadership has contributed significantly to strengthening operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting business expansion initiatives.

Her academic achievements demonstrate her commitment to excellence and continuous learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Sciences and Management from the University Institute of Petroleum Sciences and Management in Yaoundé, Cameroon. She has also earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Africa from Management International University and a Certificate in Social Leadership from Kaya Humanitarian Leadership Organisation.

Recognized for her expertise in operations management, business development, strategic planning, project coordination, supply chain management, team leadership, and process optimization, she represents a new wave of African professionals combining technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to drive sustainable economic transformation.
