Nokubonga Sodlulashe is a highly respected entrepreneur and business leader with more than 18 years of experience in marketing, business operations, customer relations, enterprise development, and infrastructure solutions. She is the Managing Director of CAW Tech, a company she successfully grew from a start-up into a thriving medium-sized enterprise employing dozens of professionals.

She previously served as Western Cape Chairperson of South African Women in Construction (SAWIC), where she championed women’s participation in the construction and built-environment sectors while promoting mentorship, capacity building, and industry transformation.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has held leadership and management positions in both the public and private sectors, including SEDA, Investec, and Stanlib. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, project management, marketing, governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise growth.

Her commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, supporting women in business, and fostering sustainable economic development has earned her recognition as a respected leader and role model within South Africa's business and infrastructure sectors.
