He possesses extensive experience in regional coordination, business development, strategic marketing, project management, organizational leadership, and sales across Scandinavia and Nigeria.

Throughout his professional journey, he has worked with diverse organizations and stakeholders, helping to develop strategies that improve performance, strengthen leadership capacity, and drive sustainable growth. His expertise spans entrepreneurship, organizational transformation, innovation management, workplace development, and cross-cultural collaboration.

He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Latvia in Human Factors, Occupational Safety, and Health, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Automation in the Workplace. His academic research focuses on understanding how emerging technologies can be integrated into modern work environments while maintaining safety, wellbeing, productivity, and human dignity.
