Clevenard to Honour Award-Winning Author and Financial Literacy Leader Colisile Hloniphile Tfwala at the 2026 Global Authors’ Recognition in Spain

A certified finance coach, award-winning author, international speaker, and internationally recognised leader, she has dedicated more than fifteen years to equipping Africans and people of African descent with practical tools to dismantle financial limitations, reclaim economic power, and build sustainable generational wealth.

She is the Founder and CEO of the Busisiwe Bhembe Foundation, a social enterprise committed to mentorship, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship development across Africa and the diaspora. Through her work, she has trained and coached over 5,000 individuals in financial literacy, mentored forty young leaders in servant leadership, and trained more than 650 entrepreneurs in value addition and enterprise growth.

Her landmark book, Black People Get Your Money Right: How History is Stopping You from Creating Generational Wealth, earned her an African literary award and established her as a leading authority on the psychology and spirituality of money for Africans and the global Black community. Her first publication, Financial Freedom and Wealth Creation: A Workbook for Personal Financial Management, won her a Local Author of the Year Award. Additional publications, including an international anthology contribution and several new titles, are scheduled for release in 2026.

A Mandela Washington Fellow and Standard Bank Blue ShEO, Colisile refined her leadership and systems-thinking expertise at The Ohio State University. With a master’s degree in business sciences and extensive experience in local economic development, NGO leadership, and governance, her work extends beyond profession and represents a global movement focused on financial emancipation and legacy-building.

The recognition of Colisile Hloniphile Tfwala forms part of the broader Clevenard Global Week 2026, a professionally curated, results-driven international platform that brings together government officials, policymakers, development-agency leaders, investors, senior private-sector executives, media leaders, cultural stakeholders, and creatives from across continents.
