Lihaelo Lemmy Mule is a respected leader with over four decades of professional experience in entrepreneurship, business management, governance, and socioeconomic development. His diverse career spans the financial, education, and development sectors, where he has consistently driven transformation and empowerment.

Holding a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Central University of Technology (CUT), Mule’s academic and vocational credentials are complemented by numerous qualifications in corporate governance, business management, and entrepreneurship — including certifications from Old Mutual Mupine College, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KZN PMC Consultants.

He currently serves as Director and Socioeconomic Analyst at National Publishers Homestead, and as a founding member of PMC Business Consulting and LM Insurance Brokers, where he continues to mentor entrepreneurs and develop sustainable small business programs.

Mule’s lifelong mission has been to build capacity and create opportunities for small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs) across the Free State and beyond. His consultancy work has led to the establishment of critical development initiatives, including the Lejweleputswa Development Agency (LDA) and projects within the Matjhabeng Industrial Park, advancing industrialization and job creation in local communities.

A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, ethical leadership, and education, Mule has served on multiple corporate boards and tertiary councils — including the Free State Development Corporation, Goldfields TVET College, and the Provincial Small Business Council — helping shape policy, governance, and transformation at institutional levels.

He is also a prolific author and thought leader, having published over ten transformative works focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, and socioeconomic renewal, such as “Trans-formative Leadership and Management Hints” and “Entrepreneurship Endurance to Humanity Service.”

Mule’s influence extends beyond boardrooms and academia. As a motivational speaker, mentor, and community leader, he continues to inspire others to pursue innovation, ethical governance, and excellence in all spheres of life.
