Victor Odion is a dynamic Nigerian entrepreneur, business strategist, and advocate for industrial growth in Africa. Through Edoshoe Manufacturing Company, he has championed sustainable leather manufacturing, recycling innovations, and affordable fashion solutions—creating jobs and promoting eco-friendly production practices. His enterprise produces durable, climate-friendly footwear, school uniforms, bags, and other leather-based products that serve both community needs and national development goals.

Beyond manufacturing, he co-founded Hybridteck Global Business Consult, a diversified company offering solutions in technology, real estate, and skills development. Through Hybridteck Home Solutions, he has pioneered affordable housing for artisans and low-income families with digital payment structures and flexible installment plans, making home ownership accessible to everyday Nigerians.

As National Vice President of NALPAN, he works with government agencies, manufacturers, and industry players to uphold standards, drive compliance, and position Nigeria’s leather sector for global competitiveness. His initiatives in youth empowerment, sustainability, and recycling continue to impact thousands, training young Nigerians in leather and manufacturing while promoting innovative uses of waste materials such as tyres and plastics.
