As a twin, alongside his brother Akhere Cedrack Okpebholo, his life has been one rooted in deep family ties and shared vision.

Education: Building a Foundation for Leadership

From Okpujie Primary School to Uromi Technical College and later Agba Grammar School, Odion demonstrated early brilliance. His migration to the United Kingdom expanded his horizon: balancing work and studies, he excelled at Lambeth College (Brixton, London) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Later, his academic path reflected his dual passions for governance and technology, culminating in a B.Sc. in Political Science at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

Notably, he pursued further specialization in Election Alternative Dispute Resolution (2018) at Nigeria’s prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS)—training that armed him with tools to foster unity, resolve conflicts, and strengthen democratic systems.
