Jane Reindorf-Osei Honored with 2025 Clevenard Media Award for Transformational Leadership in Trade and Economic Development

Palma de Mallorca, Spain — For the first time, the vibrant Mediterranean city of Palma de Mallorca will host the Clevenard Media Award 2025, spotlighting excellence in entertainment, entrepreneurship, fashion, innovation, and community empowerment.

This landmark event will bring together visionary entrepreneurs, creatives, government leaders, NGOs, and changemakers from across the globe to honor individuals whose leadership, courage, and dedication have transformed communities and industries.

This is not a competition—all nominees are selected winners recognized for their outstanding contributions and impact.

Award Category: Transformational Leadership in Trade and Economic Development

Among the distinguished honorees is Jane Reindorf-Osei, an accomplished international business executive, transformational leader, and consultant with over two decades of experience spanning Africa, North America, and global markets.

Driven by her passion for advancing Africa’s trade and investment landscape, Jane has built a career dedicated to sustainable development, inclusive workforce growth, and creating economic opportunities—particularly for youth and women.

As CEO of World Trade Centre Accra, she led the organization’s transformation into a world-class trade and investment hub, achieving over 300% growth in less than two years by revamping business models, expanding services, and forging strategic partnerships. Her leadership positioned WTC Accra as a catalyst for cross-border trade and economic engagement in West Africa.

Previously, as Deputy Chief of Party for a $30 million USAID economic development project in Ghana, Jane collaborated with Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry to establish the Ghana International Trade Commission, advance trade policy reforms, and enhance USAID’s ability to evaluate over 30 development initiatives under its Feed the Future program.

Jane’s earlier career in the U.S. Aerospace & Defense industry included senior leadership roles in Human Capital and Organizational Effectiveness. At Airbus, she advised the North American C-Suite, leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and employee engagement strategies that fostered innovation, agility, and belonging. At BAE Systems, she spearheaded initiatives to improve leadership alignment and workforce performance.

Today, as President of the Africa Investment Network in Washington, DC, Jane continues to serve as a catalyst for global economic growth, connecting businesses of African origin and affiliation to trade, investment, and policy opportunities worldwide. She also serves on the boards of Springforth International School and the Africa International Chamber of Commerce of Industry.

Recognized internationally as a thought leader on sustainability, gender equality, and women in leadership, Jane has been featured in Thomson Reuters’ Executive Perspective series and the University of Maryland Global Campus’ Alumni Watch.
