Palma de Mallorca, Spain — For the first time, the vibrant Mediterranean city of Palma de Mallorca will host the Clevenard Media Award 2025, an event that celebrates global excellence in entertainment, entrepreneurship, politics, fashion, innovation, and community empowerment.

Among this year’s prestigious nominees is Cllr. Yemi Adenuga, MBA — Trailblazing Politician, People Developer, DE&I Strategist, and Global Motivational Speaker — nominated in the category of Leadership in Politics, Diversity & Inclusive Community Development.

A dynamic force for social transformation, Cllr. Yemi Adenuga is widely recognized as one of Ireland’s most influential changemakers. She made history as the first elected Black female public representative in the Republic of Ireland and the first migrant Councillor on Meath County Council. Known as “Energy in Motion,” Yemi is a powerhouse of purpose-driven leadership who has spent over 30 years empowering communities and mentoring more than 22,000 individuals around the world.

A current PhD candidate in Sociology at Trinity College Dublin, her leadership bridges rigorous academic research with grassroots action. As Founder and President of SHEROES Global, Director of Programs at the MIB Institute of People Development, and creator of the YAMAL Leadership Program, she drives impact through inclusion, education, mentorship, and empowerment.
