"Mastering The Art Of Professionalism In The Public Service" was the focus at the Institute of Corporate Administration 2024 4th Quarter Management Conference, Induction and Award Ceremony held on Saturday 23rd November, 2024 at Aldgate Hotels and Resorts, on Abacha Road, Port Harcourty City.

The Guest Speaker at the day's event was Eze Prof Sam Ugo Onyeka, fcai, mnim, fcilrm, fiim, fictr, JP, a Director of Administration, Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communications, Port Harcourt and Managing Consultant/CEO of Eaglinx International, creditably discharged himself by effectively treating the theme of the conference with a high sense of professionalism and/or experty.

The conference witnessed the award of some distinguished members of our society from within the South South and the South Eastern States of Nigeria at the hybrid event under the leadership of Dr. Godswill C . Onyekwere, FCAI, fcw, the institute's Director/Learning Officer and in attendance of older Fellows, professional members, general public and distinguished men of the press.

Eze Prof. Sam Ugo Onyeka fcai, JP ceased the opportunity to admonish newly inducted members and encouraged them to maintain the art of professionalism practiced in both the public and private sectors that we may continue to work to build an edible nation we all can be proud to belong to. Furthermore, he urged members to explore the personal development programs and opportunities that abound in the institute's planned events. And also to watch out for an end of year program to bring members together to celebrate the yuletide in grand styles. Members were also asked to see themselves as professional friends and to work towards advancing the course of our professional affiliations.
