Prof. Eromosele has substantial experience in entrepreneurship and management. His motivation to promote Local Content Capacity Building in led him to establish Mudiame International Limited. Through this endeavor, he achieved a significant milestone by creating a company capable of conducting nearly all necessary testing activities for the Oil and Gas sectors the country. The company functions as a comprehensive laboratory, offering testing and calibration services to both upstream and downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas industries and allied companies.

In 2010, Mudiame played a pivotal role in addressing the challenge faced by the Oil and Gas industries in West Africa due to a volcanic eruption. This event disrupted the conventional practice of sending test specimens abroad for mechanical testing. Mudiame rose to the occasion by establishing a Mechanical Test Laboratory, enabling these companies to successfully conduct mechanical tests locally. The laboratory has earned accreditation and certification to ISO IEC 17025 accreditation (IAS) and ISO 9001:2008 certification (UXAS).

Furthermore, Prof. Eromosele has made significant contributions to the development of proficient Welding Engineers and Welders in West Africa. He achieved this by establishing the Mudiame Welding Institute, a subsidiary of Mudiame International Limited. The institute offers international welding training certification diploma courses in alignment with the International Institute of Welding (IIW) guidelines and requirements. Graduates from his institute have actively participated in major projects, including the prestigious Egina Project in Nigeria.

Prof. Eromosele's steadfast dedication to the Oil and Gas Industries has earned his companies several prestigious awards from global organizations. Notable awards include the African Leadership Industry Achievement Award from the African Business and Investment Forum; the International Diamond Price Award for Excellence in Quality Research (ESQR) in 2015; the Golden Award for Quality and Business Prestige issued by the association Other Ways Management and Consulting in 2015, and the International Arch of Europe (IAE) Award by the Business Initiative Directions (BID) in 2015.

In his relentless pursuit of technological industrialization and growth, he expanded his institution into Mudiame University, focusing on research, training, and certification. The university, which currently admits students for degree and foundational programs, received approval from the Federal Executive Council and was granted operational license by the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) in 2021. The university presently now offers accredited courses.

Mudiame University made history by introducing Nigeria's first-degree program in welding engineering, with the approval of the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC).

Mudiame Development Foundation is the philanthropic endeavor of Prof. Eromosele. The foundation has been championing youth focused developmental agendas in education, sports, healthcare, skills acquisitions, employment and poverty amelioration programs since inception. These agendas are channeled towards attracting infrastructural developments and expanding investment opportunities in the communities. The main aim is to foster unity, peace and progress in communities as a way of giving back to the Society. The projects range from Back-to-School items to indigent primary school pupils, payment of school fees, support to widows, skills development, as well as football competition to over 40 primary schools in her communities.
