I'm Ekemini Udo, a Nigerian citizen and native of Essien Udim Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, situated in the South-South geopolitical zone of Nigeria.

I am a versatile professional, recognized for my roles as a Journalist, Public Speaker, Compere, Voice-over artist, Podcaster, and the host of two radio programs at a Nigerian-based radio station.

I am a contestant in the Clevenard Beauty Pageant, a part of the Clevenard Open Project aiming to promote, create awareness, and educate the public on societal issues. The competition influences attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs through this online modeling platform.

The goals of this pageant resonate strongly with me. I am confident that through this competition, I will utilize my professional skills to sensitize people on different societal issues and provide solutions. I believe it's a great avenue to positively influence decisions, beliefs, and actions for the betterment of society.

As an advocate of change and supporter of SDG number 4, which is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, I've worked extensively to educate both young and older individuals on Personal Discovery/Development/Branding, Public Speaking, and Effective Communication.

With a Mass Communication degree and my current role as a Broadcast/Print Journalist, I use various communication platforms to assist professionals, business experts, and individuals in enhancing their communication skills, particularly in professional public speaking.

My mission is to empower people to position themselves for global influence, contributing significantly to societal growth and development, both economically and otherwise.

As a regular producer of the weekly Health programme at Redemption 101.5FM, I collaborate with USAID-BreakThrough ACTION Nigeria (BA-N) to create Social Behavior Change (SBC) content on BA-N thematic areas, including Malaria, COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH), among others.

Through this program, I've impacted a large heterogeneous audience, contributing my quota to the growth and development of society.

Given this platform, I am committed and will remain dedicated to raising the bar, contributing my quota to achieving Clevenard's goals, and do more.

One of my life mantras states; "The voice is a powerful tool to thrive in the world of work and beyond." I am undeniably a voice in my generation, dedicated to nurturing the voices of others. Shalom!
