South Africa is biodiversity hotspot with unique biomes, plants and animal life. South Africa, officially the Republic of South Africa. It is the southernmost country in Africa. It is bounded to the south by 2,798 km of coastline that stretches along the South Atlantic and indian oceans, to the north by the neighboring countries of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe and to the East and northern by Mozambique and Eswatini.The country is the world's 23rd most populous nation and covers an area of 1221037 square km. Pretoria is the administrative capital while Cape Town as the seat of Parliament is the legislative capital. Bloemfontein has traditionally been regarded as judicial capital. The largest city and site if highest court is Johannesburg. We now have 12 official languages which are IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, Sepedi, Sesotho, Siswati, Tshivenda, Xitshonga, Afrikaans, English, Setswana, Isindebele and sign language. Our South African flag has 6 nice bright colour that I will never forget. Green for land and grass, blue for sky or cloud, red for our blood, yellow for our crown that we wear with pride and joy, black for how powerful my people and skin are and white for brighter future and purity. South Africa has 9 provinces which are Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Free State, KwaZulu Natal, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Western Cape. South Africa is a diverse, fascinating and fun-filled African destination! Visit South Africa and you will be treated to beautiful destinations a d warm hospitality. This country has emerged from a dark past to become the Rainbow Nation locals and travellers know and love today. Former President of South Africa is our very own Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela who was a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and politician who served as president of South African from 1994-1999
