About:

Everywhere in Africa the standard of education is declining. Fourah Bay College was once known as the 'Athens of West Africa'. It produced some head of states and also prominent people all over Africa. However, over the past decades the university has been facing many challenges. Mr Karim Wise Baio talked about these challenges and he made a lot of valuable recommendations to improve on the quality so that Fourah Bay College would restore its past glory. He commended the present government for doing their best to help put FBC back in the map as one of the best universities in Africa
