Affirmations are my best friend, the perfect medication for all situations because it is free, comes from me, and has no negative side effects! When shit happened to me in 2014 (see me TedTalk "Shit happens, clean it up and move on" I had to do a lot of detoxing and cleansing. During this time I discovered affirmations to be the perfect self-therapy that I needed to get me back on m feet. So wrote affirmations for every situation you can think of. The result was more than 3000 affirmations in less than one year. This is how I became the queen of affirmations and use them daily. I am happy to share some of them with you!
