A Rejoinder To The HC Memo By HC Education, Lagos State On Pupils Learning Inside A Dirty Slum And Filthy Environment.

To start with, is learning in a good and conducive environment the least Lagos state government can't provide for the educational development of our children in a digital age?

Moreover, for the fact that this happened few months ago in a private school does not make it right.

Frankly speaking, this should never have happened in a city that pride herself as the center of excellence.

Is good and quality education not part of the job of Lagos State ministry of education?

Yes, it is a private school but did the school meet the minimum requirements before it was accredited and approved as a school?

The bottomline, is that, this kind of ugly situation should not have happened if the relevance authority have done the needful.

The memo by the so called HC Education, lack merit and make no real sense to many great minds.

MEMO
The school assembly viral on social media is a low cost private school in Makoko, Lagos State.

The video was taken some months ago by a church that wanted to use the video to raise funds for the school.

The building has been demolished and is being built.

Lagos State authorities are sending officials there on Monday to ascertain level of progress.

Thanks for your concerns

However, that the Lagos state government swift into action to correct the anomaly is a good step in the right direction.

Time will tell.
