Introduction to Installation Technology of Bearing Steel Balls

Oil mist lubrication and cyclic lubrication are common lubrication systems for stainless steel bearings. Many people may not be able to distinguish between them.

Introduction to Installation Technology of Bearing Steel Balls

Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Oil mist lubrication system for stainless steel bearings provides fine oil particles suspended in low-speed, low-pressure air. Oil particles make the bearing bend and soak oil through the nozzle and contact with the high-speed running bearing parts. Oil mist system can be used in bearings with higher performance because the equipment has less heat.

Pressure feeding system is more complex than oil mist lubrication system. In a typical system, lubricating oil is injected from the main oil tank to the bearing, from the small end of the bearing, and automatically transfers oil by the operation of the bearing, slowly flowing out from the large end.

Circulating lubricants increase the continuous and fixed flow rate, thereby improving the heat dissipation capacity and self-cleaning capacity, cleaning up the pollutants and particles that can wear the bearings. Installation of heat exchangers in the circulation system can reduce oil temperature and increase the use time of lubricants. Filters can also be installed to clean up particles that cause bearing wear. Circulating lubricating oil system can also be applied to bearings with high performance, so in such cases, heat dissipation and long-term lubricating oil life is very important.

In high-speed operation, the pressure fuel injection system should be used, with nozzles installed, and the oil should be directly injected into the gap between bearing rollers, cages and inner raceways. It can flow to the large end to achieve good heat.
